Carefully review the Application Guide to ensure you understand the application process. Please fill out the Apprenticeship Application and compile the required documents. 

You may submit your Apprenticeship Application along with your required documents in ONE of the following ways:

• Email to Caitlin Haskins (chaskins@lu136jatc.org)
• Drop-off in-person during business hours
• Drop-off in secure mailbox after business hours
• Any mail or package courier
